This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect through our website, www.teotech.com, other related services, or third parties. Teo Communications, Inc. respects the privacy of our website visitors and the privacy of their data and personal information. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, we do not in any event sell or lease any of your personal information without your consent.
Data Collection
We collect the email addresses and certain personal information of those who communicate with us via email or phone, submit forms requesting more information or technical support, or via live chat. When you visit our website, we may log certain typical information that your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access time, and referring website addresses.
We may collect information regarding which pages users visit, and information volunteered by the users (such as any surveys Teo might conduct and/or site registrations). Data Security
Teo treats customer data with the required level of sensitivity and confidentiality. Cloud-hosted customer data may be on Amazon Web Services, a global leader in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Amazon maintains multiple certifications for its data centers, including ISO 27001 compliance, PCI Certification, and SOC reports. Customer data may be hosted by other services
as well, but all customer data will be stored in the US, Ireland, or Sydney, Australia.
Data in transit is secured using industry-standard encryption.
Use of Information
We may use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information and provide services to help us with our business activities such as marketing automation and payment processing. We require that such third parties comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Analytics/Log Files
As a typical website standard, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We partner with a third party ad network to manage our display advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and web beacons to collect non-personal information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.

As a business service, Teo does not target its offerings toward, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 years of age.
Revocation of Consent

Teo will cease processing the data based on the consent unless there is legal justification to reject the withdrawal. If your personal information is required to be retained by law, Teo will restrict further processing during the required legal term. If use of our Services requires your consent, which you have withdrawn, Teo will be unable to provide the Services to you.
