Mobile Softphone for iPhoneiPad Help

Introduction

Teo Mobile Softphone for iPhoneiPad® allows you to make and receive high quality voice and HD video calls and instant messages, set your own presence, and view the presence of other Teo UC System users. With Teo Mobile Softphone, you can use the Wi-Fi and cellular data connections on your Apple iPhoneiPad® to make and receive calls.

You can conference, split, or swap multiple voice calls, as well as transfer calls, using the same contacts you already have in your device.

Using Help

User help is displayed within the Teo Mobile Softphone app.

  • Tap Settings, and then tap Help to view help within the Softphone app.
  • Tap Topics button at the upper right of the help display to show a list of help topics.
  • Tap any topic to display its contents, or tap Close to close the topics list.
  • Tap the Forward or Back arrow above the help display to return to previously-viewed topics.

Using Help

  • Click Help Topics at the upper right of the help screen to show a list of help topics.
  • Click any topic to display its contents, or click Close to close the topics list.

Notehelp controls and formatting differ when viewed on the iPhoneiPad.
